职位描述:
Position Scope:

Sells company's LQC products and services to new and current users, within China , through direct contact and through agent and distributor sales channels in order to achieve maximum sales, profitability and growth.



Responsibilities:

Accountable for achieving aggressive targets for revenue, gross margin and operating profit within assigned territory.



Maintain accurate database and records in Sales Force .



Manage the complete sales cycle including the preparation of proposals, sales presentations and product demonstrations.



Support the sales efforts of agents, distributors and other representatives. Ensure all representatives are adequately equipped to perform at maximum efficiency.



Develop strong customer relationships. Cultivate relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities.

Identify high-potential prospects amongst existing and potential customers.

Provide detailed account information to the Regional Director on both prospects and customers by using tools (such as SalesForce and other) and managing a sales pipeline for accurate forecasting of revenue.

Collaborate with Operations and Engineering departments to ensure a complete solution is provided to the customer. Includes follow-up and collaboration with service through installation and post sale stages to ensure customer satisfaction.



Support the Regional Director in the development of budgets for sales region.

Support the sales related efforts of Product Management by providing industry information, supporting product launches etc.

Represent the Company at relevant industry exhibitions and present new product opportunities as scheduled for release; participate in product demonstrations as required.



Participate in regularly scheduled sales meetings.



May participate in the training of new sales and support staff.

During organization and growth of sales efforts within the area, perform the role of technical sales and support as required.

Other duties as assigned.



Skills & Qualifications:

· University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent

· 3+ years of outside sales experience in consultative/solution selling environment

· Excellent lead generation skills

· Highly developed skills in prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and closing skills

· Self motivated, self managing and personal discipline skills are essential

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal / written communication and presentation skills

· Position requires travel domestically and internationally

Must speak Chinese and English
